The training organization Symbiomed was founded with the aim of offering immersive medical training programs designed to foster connections within the medical profession: between participants and instructors, and among instructors from different specialties. The idea is to streamline and facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration, even if it means challenging conventional thinking.

This is what we aim to create at Symbiomed: a close-knit community, a virtuous cycle of mutual support and learning within the medical field, bringing together participants and experienced trainers to form a network of professionals united by a single goal:

After spending several years in the field of healthcare education, we have come to understand that participants’ needs are focused on providing care in real-world settings. That is why we offer training programs tailored to practitioners’ needs, enabling themto acquire new skills and advance in their careers.
What matters most in a training program is: the opportunity to use various brands of high-end medical equipment, the organization and professionalism of the training program’s educational structure, and above all: The participant’s desire to learn, combined with the trainer’s expertise and motivation to teach.
This approach also provides solutions for patients in need of essential care that they cannot easily access. Patient follow-up is essential; after each procedure, the patient is monitored by the clinic where the treatment was performed, and the practitioner may conduct follow-up care if they wish to further their training.
We focus on developing training programs that closely align with participants’ expectations and are tailored to their individual skill levels and needs. We support participants as they develop their skills and assist trainers in designing their training programs—if they choose —by providing instructional design consulting.
Our training programs cover implantology, sinus lifts, bone regeneration, and bone grafting. We also offer training in the mucogingival and periodontal surgical procedures necessary for oral health.
We also place great importance on the experience of each learner. The trips can be organized so that participants are treated to a visual feast and get to discover the local culture of the country where the training is held.
