for private and salaried dental surgeons and for qualified healthcare professionals (verification of diplomas required at
).
These Terms and Conditions are mandatory for all registrations. Acceptance requires signing the quote/agreement and paying a deposit.
These Terms and Conditions take precedence over any client documents (Art. L.6353-1 of the French Labor Code). No exceptions are permitted without prior written approval from Synapse MS.
1. Signed quote + tripartite agreement (if OPCO).
2. Minimum 50% deposit (non-refundable; see Art. 5).
3. Verification of prerequisites (copy of diploma/professional license, resume). Applications may be rejected without prejudice.
Signed code of conduct required (immediate exclusion for non-compliance).
Prices exclude VAT (20% VAT in France; 0% VAT in the EU for VAT-registered entities).
• 50% registration deposit (non-refundable except in cases of force majeure involving serious health issues
, such as epidemics, natural disasters, or transportation delays
caused by natural disasters, or death). Full balance due 15 days before the start date (via SEPA transfer or
credit card) unless you choose an installment payment plan.
• Automatic late payment penalty: interest at 1.5% per month + a flat-rate penalty of 10% (excluding tax) + €45 in administrative fees (Art. L.441-6/L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code).
-Customer cancellation:
• 15 jours avant : 100 % remboursé au client
• <15 jours : 100% facturé (préparation exclusive).
Synapse MS cancellation (only grounds for refund): proven force majeure (official pandemic, death of a trainer
) → full refund within 30 days with no additional charges. Rescheduling possible at our
expense if there are more than 5 registrants.
No rescheduling by the client unless the client covers 100% of the additional costs.
• Émargement obligatoire par demi-journée (papier nominatif sécurisé). <80% présence →
refus attestation (DPC/OPCO).
• Exclusion immédiate sans remboursement : non-respect règlement intérieur (retard
répété, perturbation, photo/vidéo sans autorisation, manquement hygiène/sécurité). Décision
formateur souveraine. Supports remis uniquement aux présents qualifiés.
Synapse MS provides the training resources (instructors with professional liability insurance) and ensures a standardized assessment
.
The client must maintain 100% attendance, adhere to schedules and hygiene protocols, and uphold absolute confidentiality (implicit NDA
), and trainees must have mandatory insurance.
Failure to comply will result in the revocation of the certificate and the imposition of penalties under Article 5.
• Materials (PDFs, slides, videos) → exclusive property of Synapse MS (Art. L.111-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code).
• Photos and videos for strictly personal/non-commercial use only . Strictly prohibited:
reproduction, sharing, distribution via social media, or use for client training. Unless otherwise agreed upon with
or the organization
• Criminal penalties: damages equal to three times the value of the service + attorney’s fees (Art. L.335-2 CPI). Term: lifetime of the author
+ 70 years.
Synapse MS’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid (Art. 1231-3 of the Civil Code).The client’s
and the trainer are covered by their professional liability insurance.
The client assumes full responsibility for any surgical accidents andproperty damage
(professional liability insurance is mandatory). Force majeure constitutes a complete exemption from liability.
Health data (Art. 9 of the GDPR): legal contract, 5-year retention period, DPO rights. The Privacy Policy is available at

Exclusive application of French law. The Commercial Court of Lyon shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance (including within the EU, Art. 42
, CPIUE). Mandatory prior mediation through the CNPM (refusal results in dismissal of the case). Loser pays 100% of the costs.
